Reservations and Check-In

1. Booking: Guests are required to make a reservation in advance through our website or other authorized booking platforms. We encourage guests to provide accurate information during the booking process.
2. Minimum Age: To check-in at Mon's BnB, guests must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request identification upon check-in.
3. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Guests are kindly requested to check-out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact our front desk in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
4. Occupancy: The number of guests per room is limited to the maximum occupancy specified during the booking process. Additional charges may apply for exceeding this limit unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payments and Cancellations

1. Payment: We accept major credit cards and other accepted payment methods mentioned on our website or booking platform. Payment for the entire stay is required upon check-in, including any additional charges or services requested during the stay.
2. Cancellation: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time to avoid any cancellation charges. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time may incur a cancellation fee.
3. No Shows: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to one night's stay.

Property Guidelines

Liability

1. Smoking: Mon's BnB is strictly a no indoor smoking establishment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any part of the building, including the rooms. Guests may be subject to a fine if found violating this policy. Smoking is permitted in the open-air bar area.
2. Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals. Please contact us in advance if you require any special accommodations for service animals.
3. Quiet Hours: We kindly request all guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Please be considerate of other guests during your stay.
4. Damages and Lost Items: Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the property, furnishings, or amenities during their stay. Additionally, Mon's BnB is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, so please ensure the security of your belongings.

Mon's BnB reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a reservation, or eject any guests for violating our policies, causing disturbance, or engaging in any illegal activities on the property. The safety and well-being of all our guests and staff members are of utmost importance, and we appreciate everyone's cooperation in maintaining a comfortable and respectful atmosphere.
