Mon's BnB - Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation at Mon's Bed and Breakfast (hereinafter referred to as "the B&B"). By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


1. Reservation and Check-In:
1.1 To reserve a room, guests must provide valid contact information and payment details.
1.2 Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the booking upon check-in.

2. Payment:
2.1 The B&B accepts major credit cards and cash payments.
2.2 Full payment is required upon check-in. Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.

3. Cancellation and Refund:
3.1 Canceling a reservation:

  • For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date, a full refund will be provided.

  • No refund will be issued if cancellations are made less than 48 hours before the check-in date.

3.2 No-shows:

  • If guests fail to check-in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be provided.

4. Accommodation:
4.1 Room assignment:

  • The B&B reserves the right to assign a similar or upgraded room if necessary, without prior notice.

4.2 Maximum occupancy:

  • Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for each room.

4.3 Smoking policy:

  • Mon's B&B strictly enforces a no indoor smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited in all areas within the building, including guest rooms. Smoking is permitted in the open-air bar area.

5. Facilities and Services:
5.1 Breakfast:

  • A complimentary breakfast is included in the room rate. Guest preferences will be accommodated within reasonable limitations.

5.2 Housekeeping:

  • Housekeeping services are provided on a daily basis, unless otherwise requested by the guest.

5.3 Liability:

  • The B&B is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur during the guest's stay. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe, if available.

  • The B&B reserves the right to charge guests for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

6. General Policies:
6.1 Pets:

  • With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in the B&B.

6.2 Visitors:

  • Visitors are permitted in the common areas only and are subject to the B&B's regulations.

6.3 Noise:

  • Guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels low to ensure the comfort of all guests.

6.4 Parking:

  • Limited parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The B&B is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles while parked on its premises.

By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Mon's Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
